1.3. Non-Refundable Conditions

2. Digital Products
All digital product purchases, including eBooks, guides, and downloadable content, are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:

- Refunds will only be issued if the product has not been downloaded.

Once a digital product is downloaded, refunds are not available.
