Beef Bacon Melt Bowl

A simple, budget friendly, flavorful meal that features perfectly seasoned ground beef, topped with crispy bacon bits on melted cheddar.

   Ingredients

   Instructions

  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat add add the butter or tallow
  2. Once hot, add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks
  3. Season with salt. Optional: 1/8 tsp Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Oregano
  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
  5. Transfer the cooked ground beef to a bowl. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef while it’s still hot, allowing it to melt slightly.
  6. Top with bacon bits or crumbled cooked bacon
